Prevention, Maintenance and Protection

Our company has been cooperating on a long-term basis with the Institute of Chemical Technology Prague and with the Department of Petroleum Technology and Petrochemistry on research projects that focus on efficient oil storage and transport.

From August 2001 to April 2004 a unique comprehensive study was carried out to determine the impact of long-term storage on oil quality and efficient oil turnout in the course of storage. Within the study samples taken from a selected tank were collected and analyzed periodically for more than 2.5 years and methodology for analyses optimizing paraffin oil transport was drafted simultaneously.
