Technological Control System of the Central Crude Oil Tank Farm

In September 2002 the control system SERC was replaced with the control system CROMOS 2000. The current CROMOS 2000 control system is identical with the control system of the Družba crude oil pipeline.

All activities in the Central Crude Oil Tank Farm Nelahozeves are displayed by this control system on monitors and on a large screen in the Tank Farm control center. All outputs are recorded in archives on a long-term basis.

CROMOS 2000 is a control system supervising and monitoring all technological procedures. If any non-standard situation is detected, the system issues a warning immediately or stops the procedure automatically.
